Working as a rentals specialist you will have the following responsibilities:
• Presenting and meeting with clients on location to show them available apartments from our frequently updated listings.
• Managing marketing campaigns by creating and posting new ads on craigslist and NY Times daily, and follow our marketing schedule to optimize potential deals.
• Prospect new landlords and managers:
Contact or meet with new landlords and managers
Identify new rental opportunities
Photograph new rental opportunities and vacancies for advertisements
• Also to be successful in this position you must demonstrate the following characteristics:
YOU MUST BE: Detail Oriented Punctual Creative
Comfortable interacting with new people on the phone and in person
